Order:
Via the web site. For larger orders we need to be contacted by email or phone.

Packing:
Through protected packaging. Larger quantities, ie more than 8, will be boxed.

Delivery:
Within 48 hours of purchase. Items sent via standard post without insurance cannot be replaced if lost.

Payment:
Via PayPal, cheque or postal order.

Return:
Within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation:
Within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund:
Within 24 hours of delivery, if not tampered with, used or damaged.
