About Order
How to order?
When ordering online, you can pay by cheque, postal order, credit card and through Paypal. We process your order as soon as we receive your payment and it will normally be dispatched to you within 48 hours.
What will happen if I didn't complete the payment order form?
In that instance, you will need to reorder. If not we cannot release the product.
What if the item ordered is out of stock?
We advise customers that if their item is not in stock, we will give you the option to wait or refund you the money. We do make it our business to see that every customer comes first and each customer would be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Where else can I buy your products other then online shop?

Do you sell at wholesale price for large quantities?
Yes, but we would need to be contacted via email or telephone.

What type of cards do you accept for payment?
All major credit cards that are accepted by PayPal.
Do you accept cheque or postal orders?
Yes, please make cheques or postal orders made payable to Oils of Joy.
About Cancelling, Refund or Exchange
Will I receive a full refund if I return the item?
Providing the bottle has not been opened or used, and returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. Please inform us via email.
Can I change my order after I've made the order?
Yes, you need to email us within 24 hours of your purchase.
Can I exchange the item I received with other item?
As long as it has not been opened or tampered with and within 14 days.
About Delivery & Packing
How do you pack my order?
In protected packaging. If over 10 bottles are being despatched, they will be sent in a box.
How do you deliver my order?
Through standard postage. If you want them sent by courier you will have to request it specifically via telephone or email.
Do you use DHL or FedEx Courier Company to deliver?
At present no, but it can be discussed via email or telephone. Other shipping options come with a replacement guarantee upon request.
Is there any guarantee if the product is lost during delivery?
We would have to check if this is genuine. If genuine yes, we would send you a replacement.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders within the UK please allow 2-3 working days for each delivery. For deliveries to mainland Europe please allow 5-7 days. All other international orders will usually be received in less than 15 days.
What if the item I have received was damaged?
On receipt of the damaged bottle, we will provide you with a replacement.
How do I know my order is on the way?
We would contact you via email.
How to track my order?

What shall I do if I have not received my order?

Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes. Please inform us and arrange a time to collect your order before you come.
Will your company charge me if I pick up myself?
No, only for the price of the product.
